The cross of Christ once and for all settled the score in heaven, hell, and on earth...God wins and all who believe in Him share in His victory! Freedom from sin, self, and the devil. And alive in God through the death of His Son.
The death of Jesus on the cross has brought all who believe in Him into a right relationship with God - a relationship free from laws, rules, accusations, and guilt. The guilty have been made innocent. Innocent on behalf of the the righteous blood of Christ. Innocent before the enemy, others, and themselves. No longer does a believer need to stand in condemnation or experience separation, as the blood as made them white as snow = innocent as the Lamb.
"Much more then, having now been justified by His blood," (Romans 5:9). Justified - just as if you never sinned. Ah, it's back to the Garden before they ate the fruit. Naked and unashamed before our God and Father. Just as if we never sinned!
